Dr. Christina Nicole Giannikas is an applied linguist, educator, researcher, author, and international consultant with over 20 years of experience in English language education, teacher development, curriculum design, and educational innovation.

Her work bridges research and practice, helping educators, institutions, publishers, and ministries of education transform evidence-based research into meaningful classroom experiences. Christina is the founder of CG Education and Research Consultancy, where she provides consultancy on curriculum development, teacher education, digital pedagogy, assessment, and educational policy for clients around the world.

Alongside her consultancy work, she works as a Content Writer and Digital Editor, contributing to evidence-based literacy resources grounded in the Science of Reading.

Christina has taught young students and trained educators internationally, holding academic positions at Cyprus University of Technology, the University of Cyprus, and London Metropolitan University. She has collaborated with Ministries of Education, HarperCollins, Cambridge University Press, and numerous educational organisations on curriculum development, teacher training, editing and research projects.

A prolific author and editor, Christina has published extensively in the fields of language education, digital pedagogy, teacher education, assessment, early language learning, and educational technology. Her books and peer-reviewed research have contributed to international discussions on language teaching, while her conference presentations and keynote talks have reached audiences across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
